The UK High Commissioner to Cameroon discussed the situation in Cameroon with the Secretary General of the Commonwealth during her visit in December, and again in January. The UK will continue to discuss this with the Commonwealth Secretariat, as it does a range of issues relating to the Commonwealth's fundamental political values, which are enshrined in the Commonwealth Charter.
