Follow in the footsteps of ‘Meet the Lords’ on a tour of Parliament

Tickets are now available for guided tours and audio tours on Saturdays until 2 September and most weekdays during the Easter, Whitsun and Summer 2017 recesses.

A number of the rooms featured in the current BBC documentary ‘Meet the Lords’ about the House of Lords form part of the tours - the Lords Chamber, Robing Room, Royal Gallery and Prince’s Chamber.

Visitors will discover more about the history and current workings of the second chamber of the UK Parliament, and the roles played by the Lord Speaker, Black Rod and Crossbenchers. Tours also include the House of Commons and Westminster Hall.

Tickets can be booked for tours on:

  • All Saturdays until 2 September
  • Tuesday to Friday between 7 and 13 April
  • Wednesday to Friday between 26 May and 2 June
  • Monday to Friday between 24 July and 1 September (except 28 August)

Tickets can be purchased online, by calling +44 (0)20 7219 4114 or in person from the Ticket Office at the front of Portcullis House on Victoria Embankment.

There will be no change in advance ticket prices and group rates for 2017. From 1 April, higher prices for tickets purchased on the same day as the tour will be introduced.
