Family Tour Guide

Take your family on an entertaining 90 minute experience which is aimed at children aged 7 to 12 visiting with adults. All kids go free.

Find out how Parliament works by visiting the Commons Chamber and the Lords Chamber, go right to the heart of the building in Central Lobby and explore Westminster Hall which is almost 1000 years old.

When can I go on a family guided tour?

Book tickets now for the following dates:

  • Every Saturday until 29 June 2019

These tours are only available to family groups with children.

We may occasionally have to change or cancel tours because of the work of Parliament.

How much does a family guided tour cost?

Prices and group rates for tours up to 31 March 2019:

Children (up to 15): Free, but will still require a ticket 

Adults: £18.50

Concessions (over 60s, students with ID, UK Armed Forces with ID): £16

Because of the limited availability of the family guided tours, advance booking is recommended and group rates are not available.

You can book online or by phoning +44 (0)20 7219 4114.

You can also buy tickets from the Ticket Office which is open:

  • Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm (8.45am to 4.45pm on tour days)
  • Saturday 8.45am to 4.45pm

The Ticket Office is located in front of Portcullis House on Victoria Embankment (postcode SW1A 2LW).
