Toilets and changing facilities

There are several visitor toilets and changing facilities at UK Parliament. These include a Changing Places toilet.

Members of the public should use facilities that correspond to their biological sex or the gender-neutral toilets.

Palace of Westminster

The main visitor toilets and changing facilities are next to the Jubilee Shop and Cafe. This is off Westminster Hall, including male, female and gender-neutral toilets.

The accessible talking toilet in this area helps you navigate around the space. By waving your hand you can find the device you need.

Visitor toilets and changing facilities are also available on the first floor, close to Central Lobby. The visitor services team can direct you to these areas, or escort you to the nearest facilities if you are on a tour.

The extra large toilet room in this area meets the requirements of a Changing Places toilet. The room is three metres square and the toilet is 48 centimetres high. This is accessible to any member of the public who requires it. A member of the visitor services team will escort you to the changing place's toilet.

A female toilet is off St Stephen's Hall but this is not step-free.

Portcullis House

In Portcullis House, visitor toilets and changing facilities are available on the ground and first floor.
