   This information is held by the House of Commons. The House of Commons uses various agencies for sourcing staff. The lead person responsible for agency staff in the House of Commons is the Recruitment Manager. 2. Does your organisation have a centralised temporary staff booking team? Yes or no?
   This information is held by the House of Commons. Recruitment to the House, which includes the sourcing of temporary staff, is organised by the Recruitment Team, based in Human Resources. In addition, the House of Commons Catering Services team has an Operational Resourcing Manager who manages the Catering Agency Framework.
3. If yes, which categories does it book for?
   If No, please provide a list of all departmental heads responsible for booking temporary staff
   This information is held by the House of Commons. The House of Commons Recruitment Team recruits the following categories of staff; admin & clerical, corporate functions, ancillary functions and IT. Individual Catering Managers and Supervisors deal with the booking and management of any temporary catering staff.
4. Who is your Head of Procurement and who is your Senior Buyer/Category Manager in your organisation responsible for overseeing HR/Agency procurement? Please also provide their contact telephone DD and email addresses.
   This information is held by the House of Commons. The Parliamentary Procurement and Commercial Services team (PPCS) is a bicameral team that procures products and services for both the House of Commons and the House of Lords.    The names and contact details of other operational staff in PPCS are considered personal data and are withheld. This is in accordance with section 40 (2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA), as disclosure of this information to the public generally, in the House’s view, would not be consistent with the data protection principle found in Article 5.1(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
5. Please can you provide your total annual agency spend for 2017/18 
   This information is held by the House of Commons. The total annual spend in financial year 2017/18 by the Recruitment team was £113,850. Additionally in that financial year, the House of Commons Catering Services team spent £677,600 on various agency staff, including general assistants, chefs at different grades, supervisors, baristas and waiters.
