    This information is held by the House of Commons. There have been no investigations relating to expense compliance having been conducted in the period 8 April 2018 to 8 April 2020.

    Information to respond to this request is held by the House of Commons. All payments are collected by the House at the end of each month and so we hold information from 1 March 2018 to 31 March 2020.
    The total staff expenses spend for the House of Commons in this period was £354,905.
  5. Does your department have software in place that allows staff to book trips and submit expenses, or are they expected to book it by their own means? 
    This information is held by the House of Commons.  Subject to an approval process, staff may book trips by their own means, or via the parliamentary Travel Office.  The House has software in place that allows staff to submit expenses for these trips.
