Members training (2020)

Please provide a list of names of MPs who have completed anti-sexual harassment training, with the date they undertook the training. Just to clarify; I am referring to the Valuing Everyone training.

This information is held by the House of Commons.

The names of these Members is their personal data. To provide you with the information you seek, we have notified individuals of our obligation to respond to your request and asked for their concerns in disclosing their information, in accordance with our obligations under the law.

The name of one Member who has objected to the disclosure of their personal data is exempt in accordance with section 40 (2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA), because we have concluded that the disclosure of this information would not be consistent with the data protection principle found in Article 5.1(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Given the recent COVID-19 pandemic we are currently reviewing how these sessions can be delivered and providing updates to those on the waiting list. It may interest you to know that this workshop is being rolled out to thousands of people from across the Parliamentary community and as such many Members are waiting for places to be confirmed on courses currently scheduled over the coming months. To be helpful, we have attached a list of all Members waiting to attend a session as at 16th March 2020.
