  1. The number of allegations and complaints of sexual harassment, assault and rape received by your offices since January 2010.
  2. Please can you identify if the allegations and complaints were made against members of the Commons or Lords, or made against members of staff working on the Parliamentary estate.

    Some information is held by the House of Commons. The House of Commons Speaker’s Office has only received one allegation against a Member of Parliament. Mr Speaker was consulted by a Member and he advised that Member to refer that matter to the police.
    No information relating to allegations or complaints relevant to your request are held by the Serjeant at Arms’ Office.
