Please understand that, given your further request for information relating to internal teams of the House, we have interpreted this request to be about LGBT groups who are external to our organisation undertaking work at or for the House of Commons.
1. Could you please provide details of any work undertaken by any LGBT groups at the organisation.
The House of Commons was a member of the Stonewall Diversity Champions Programme between 2011 and 2020, and we hold information about our membership of this programme and the events and conferences that representatives of ours participated in during that time.
This information is already available from a public source. This information is therefore exempt from disclosure in accordance with section 21(1) and (2)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA), which removes from a public authority the obligation to provide access to information which is already in the public domain. This is an absolute exemption and the public interest test does not apply.
