Companies within Parliament (2023)

Please can you provide me with the names and company registration nubers and trading addresses of all the Companies and corporations that are operating under or within the UK Parliament
For example:
The House of Commons - is this a Company/Corporation? If so please give the name it trades under, the registered address and registration number. If not please give other details.
I require this information for all companies trading within or under or associated with the UK Parliament at present to include those listed below and any others.

3. House of Lords
4. The Crown

Please note that Parliament consists of the House of Commons and the House of Lords, which are two separate public authorities in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, and we can only consider information held by the House of Commons which is relevant to your request. If you wish to request information held by the House of Lords, this should be addressed to them directly at FOILORDS@parliament.uk.
This information is not held by the House of Commons. The House of Commons is not a corporation and does not exist as a legal entity in its own right; more details regarding this can be found on the FOI pages of our webpages.
Likewise, there are no companies or corporations operating “under or within Parliament” as there is not a corporate structure of this type. We therefore hold no information regarding your request.
This said, it may also help you to know that a quick search of the Government’s Companies House website returns two results using the key words “House of Commons”.
Please note however the companies listed are Research Units, which are informal pooled staffing services run by and for Members of Parliament. They are separate from the House of Commons.
