The cost of providing and installing televisions, the provision of 500 headsets and a system of providing audio to Members in order for the leader of Ukraine to address the House on 8 February 2022.

While most of the costs you ask about can be identified and isolated, the cost of some parts of this exercise involved the use of equipment that had been purchased and previously used for another purpose, and were then redeployed here. We are therefore unable to disaggregate the cost of this equipment solely in relation to the purpose of the Ukrainian President addressing the House of Commons on 8 February.
The total of the costs falling within the scope of your request, which can be disaggregated, is £9,831.28. This figure excludes VAT.
