Commons Catering feedback and responses archive
In the interests of transparency, the House of Commons is committed to publishing feedback received and recorded by Catering Services plus responses to this feedback.
This information is published annually by House of Commons Catering Services by end of year relating to the preceding of the year. Personal data, including names of individuals providing feedback, is redacted in order to comply with our data protection obligations stated in the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA).
Please note that feedback is received from a range of pass-holders, including Members and their staff, Peers and their staff and staff of both the House of Commons and the House of Lords, civil servants, external contractors, visitors and journalists.
In December 2019 Catering feedback became a part of the housewide Compliments, Complaints and Comments scheme, all information can be found here.
