In the interests of transparency and openness, the House of Commons is committed to publishing anonymised summaries of all the compliments, complaints and comments received and the responses provided by the Customer Team.

Feedback has been received from:

  • members of the public
  • a range of pass-holders, including MPs and their staff
  • peers and their staff
  • staff of both the House of Commons and the House of Lords
  • civil servants
  • external contractors
  • visitors
  • journalists
