    The Pass Office has no current applications which are being processed at the time of your request.  Some Members have submitted applications which have been processed and are yet to be collected.
  3. A list of all former Members of Parliament barred from applying for/holding a Former Members' Pass, along with the reason for the bar.
    Current rules stipulate MPs are not eligible for a pass if they’ve been convicted of a criminal conviction and served in excess of 12 months imprisonment.
    Jim Devine had his former Members’ pass suspended in 2011 when he was sentenced to 16 months imprisonment.
