All Party Groups (APGs)

The House does not hold or have access to information held by All-Party Groups (APGs).

The House does not hold or have access to information held by All-Party Groups (APGs).  APGs are informal cross-party groups that have no official status within Parliament. They are essentially run by and for Members of the Commons and Lords, although many groups involve individuals and organisations from outside Parliament in their administration and activities. The groups are not public authorities for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act.  That means that they are not obliged to respond to requests made under the Act.
