  2. Any logged details concerning the cause/ damage and locations of the fires – broken down year-by-year over those three years
  3. Any specific actions taken in precaution to prevent any further fires in the same location – broken down year-by-year over those three years

Please note, our response only deals with records of fire incidents for which the House of Commons is responsible. Some such incidents are the responsibility of the House of Lords, which is a separate public authority for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act.
