Catering Sales- Confectionery (2016)
Please give me a breakdown of confectionery sales in the Commons for the last 12 months i.e. sales for 2015.
The House of Commons sells confectionery from its catering outlets (cafes and cafeterias) as well as from its gift shops.
- Breakdown of the number of confectionery items sold by the House of Commons catering outlets between 26 December 2014 and 21 January 2016.
- Breakdown of the number of confectionery items sold by the House of Commons gift shops between 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2015.
Please note that where some codes were operational in previous financial years but are now no longer in use the field will display ‘Do Not Use’ before the appropriate code.
These figures are for confectionery items sold to customers, who include members of the public and visitors as well as the 15,000 pass holders on the estate. Food and drink prices are regularly reviewed and set at levels benchmarked against similar outlets outside of Parliament
