An Annual Report on the work undertaken by the Commissioner's office has been produced every year since 2003. The Annual Report for 2013-4 was published on 14 July 2014.
Code of Conduct for MPs
The Code of Conduct together with The Guide to the Rules Relating to the Conduct of Members provides guidance on standards of conduct expected of MPs when carrying out their parliamentary and public duties and on the financial interests they must register.
Further details of the reviews of the Code and the Guide can be found here.
Registers record the financial interests of MPs, their staff, parliamentary journalists and All-Party Parliamentary Groups (APPGs) run by Members.
Registration Forms are completed by MPs, their staff, parliamentary journalists and APPGs and form the basis of their initial entry on whichever register applies to them.
The Commissioner considers complaints that an MP has breached the Code of Conduct and its associated rules. She can also initiate her own inquiries and she can consider self referrals from Members. She publishes statistical information. She also publishes the outcome of her inquiries.
Press notices issued by the Commissioner's office are published here.
Guide to the Rules on All-Party Parliamentary Groups
The Guide to the Rules on APPGs is primarily for the use of officers and staff of registered APPGs, which are informal cross-party groups run by and for MPs and Peers and cover a wide range of subjects.
A range of information about APPGs is available on the APPG Page of parliament's website.
