PCS Advice Notes

The Commissioner publishes Advice Notes, under Standing Order 150, to assist Members in applying the Code of Conduct.  Advice Notes are designed to supplement and clarify (and not to supersede or contradict) provisions of the Code. Where specific or formal advice is required by a Member for a particular situation, the Commissioner will be happy to provide it.
