Matters under investigation by the Commissioners

Those who are currently the subject of an investigation by one of the Commissioners are listed below, in chronological order according to when the investigation began, together with a brief description of the nature of the allegation. The fact that an investigation is taking place does not mean that the rules have been broken. The Commissioners do not publish information about current individual ICGS cases.

Baroness Mone – Alleged involvement in procuring contracts for PPE Medpro leading to potential breaches of the following paragraphs of the 11th edition of the House of Lords Code of Conduct: 9 (a), (b), (c), (d); 12 (a), (b); 16

In accordance with paragraph 145 of the Guide to the Code of Conduct, the Commissioner is unable to finalise or publish any report into the conduct of Baroness Mone while the matter is under investigation by the police or another agency as part of a criminal investigation. Once any criminal process is complete or has ceased, the Commissioner will complete his investigation and publish his report.
