The House of Commons uses an on-line e-tendering portal, ‘In-Tend’.
The portal enables suppliers to attach themselves to any of our projects and express an interest without being an approved supplier.
The benefit of this e-tendering system is that it is open, transparent and no matter what size your company is, you have the opportunity to participate in any of our published tenders and work with Parliament.
To express your interest in any of our current tenders you will need to register on our e-tendering portal following the instructions below.
You will need to register to enable you to view details of current and forthcoming tender opportunities. All suppliers who are seeking to do business with Parliament are encouraged to register with In-Tend.
The following link will take you to our e-tendering portal . Please note it is free to register on the portal.
To access tender documents you will need to register electronically, then make an expression of interest in the tender. To do this please follow the steps below:
1) Click Tenders Current (to browse our current tender opportunities)
2) Click View Details
3) Click Express Interest
You will then be asked to register your company if you have not already done so and your expression of interest will then be sent to us. Once registered and an official expression of interest received, applicants are required to download and complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire / Tender Return.
Please note registering does not mean you are a supplier to Parliament.
