They don’t work together. The UK gov undermine everything. They don’t listen to Scottish MPs, they don’t listen to the Scottish people. They need to consider Scotland as a partner, not an underling. They need to be honest about finances, about Scotland’s wealth as opposed to cost. They need to consider Scottish Government views before making UK wide decisions.

I’ve frankly been horrified at the repeated disdain and lack of respect shown for all the devolved governments throughout the Brexit process. As far as I’m aware all proposals put forward by the Scottish government have either been ignored or denied. I’ve seen no evidence that the U.K. government is even prepared to genuinely consult with any of the devolved nations. The U.K. government appears to be hell-bent on enforcing it’s own agenda, and appears to feel the most likely way to railroad this is to threaten those who don’t agree. I’m horrified by what the Brexit vote has revealed, in terms of the dysfunctional approach of so many MPs, and of the U.K. government. I have no doubt that this has damaged the U.K. beyond repair, and that Scotland will seek independence before Brexit is enacted

Scotland voted to remain in the EU and our wishes have been ignored. In my opinion, the UK government have no interest in Scotland's opinion and treat us a colony. They do not understand us, nor are they interested in us, Wales or NI.

I'm afraid that the UK Government has no respect for the other Kingdom in the two Kingdom UK. England has increased the amount of MPs and decreased the amount of Scottish MPs. Scotland is the richer country in this Union but England removes Scotland,s resources and uses them for themselves. I'm afraid that the UK Government has had over 300 years to treat Scotland as an equal partner but refuses to. There is now no chance that these two Kingdoms can work together. Scotland must dissolve the Union because England is an abusive partner.

The Westminster government has no respect for the Scottish government, parliament or people. Scotland’s voice is ignored, its interests at Westminster are represented by a Scottish Secretary who is accountable to nobody but Theresa May. He is frequently absent when required to explain himself and is a model of inconsistency in answering the same question twice over a period of time. Scotland and its resources appear to be little more than bargaining chips in the Brexit negotiations. I voted remain and still think leaving the EU is wrong and will be harmful to millions of my fellow citizens. I might however have some faith that whatever Brexit ultimately produces will be an outcome fair to all if HM government treated me and my country with some respect. That has not happened. The Scottish government has reached out but has been rebuffed. Northern Ireland has been destabilised by the dogma and stupidity that has possessed the Conservative party over Europe since the end of the Ice Age. Work together? The Tory party is incapable of working with itself never mind the other sovereign nations of these islands. The notion that it is capable of delivering anything approaching a successful and equitable settlement on Brexit or any other matter is laughable. Except it’s not laughable. It’s absolutely terrifying. The prospects of millions of people have already been negatively impacted. And for what?
