Parliament's Education Outreach team can inspire and engage your students in their political literacy lessons by running workshops in schools around the county.

About the Assembly

This fun, interactive Introduction to Parliament assembly will be delivered to your school by one of our Regional Outreach Officers. Assemblies can be for the whole school or year group and are generally 30 minutes in length, but this can be flexible subject to your requirements. Assemblies are available for pupils aged 7 - 18.

  • Reflect that it is their Parliament and they can be involved

For ages 11 - 16

  • Explore how Parliament makes laws
