That this House congratulates Glasgow East constituent Dylan Cross following his triumphs at the Special Olympics National Games which took place last month in Sheffield; commends his significant haul of medals for swimming which comprise two gold, one silver and one bronze; praises City of Glasgow Seals, of which Dylan is a member, for providing swimming training at Tollcross International Swimming Centre for those with a learning disability, physical impairment or both; acknowledges the success of the Special Olympics National Games which saw 2,600 UK athletes with learning disabilities take part in 20 sports; further congratulates all those involved in the organisation of the games including 1,000 volunteers; and wishes both the Special Olympics and Special Olympians well in all of their future endeavours.
