That this House welcomes the forthcoming marriage of The Lord Nicholas Windsor to Donna Paola de Doimi de Frankopan on 4th November 2006, which will mark the first overt marriage within the rites of the Catholic Church of a member of the Royal Family since the reign of Queen Mary I, and the first marriage of a member of the Royal Family to take place within the Vatican City State.
