To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what guidance it has provided to IMS Ltd since it was reclassified as a Government entity on the UK's National Action Plan to implement the UN's Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights; and steps he is taking to ensure that IMS Ltd's business conduct does not lead to human rights violations by other parties.

International Military Sales Ltd is expected to comply with all relevant legislation and with the principles set out in "Good Business", the update to the National Action Plan to implement the United Nations Guiding Principles and Business and Human Rights, which is available at the following link:
