Statistics on appeal clearance timescales are published by HM Courts and Tribunals Service on a quarterly basis. The most recent edition (Tribunals and gender recognitions certificates statistics quarterly: October to December 2018) is available at https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/tribunals-and-gender-recognition-certificate-statistics-quarterly-october-to-december-2018.
