Named Day

'Named day' questions only occur in the House of Commons. The MP tabling the question specifies the date on which they should receive an answer. MPs may not table more than five named day questions on a single day.

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 5 July 2018 to Question 159721 on Immigration, for what reason the Government does not publicly release information on the (a) numbers and (b) outcomes of administrative reviews.

The Home Office is currently reviewing the management information held on administrative reviews on our systems with the possibility of publishing this in the future.
