Iran: Nuclear Power
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what recent discussions he has had with members of the United States Congress on the potential re-imposition of sanctions previously lifted by that country in accordance with the Joint Comprehensive plan of Action; what assessment he has made of the implications for his policies of the outcome of such discussions; and if he will make a statement.

I have spoken with members of Congress by phone and during my visit to the US in November to make clear the UK's support for the Iran nuclear deal. The deal is built upon the balance of strict nuclear commitments and sanctions relief.
