To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, whether she plans to involve the Migration Advisory Committee in decisions about the rights of entry, residence and right to work of EU citizens.

We are considering the options for our future immigration system very carefully. As part of that it is important that we understand the impacts of different options on different sectors of the economy and the labour market.

We will ensure businesses and communities have the opportunity to contribute their views and we intend to commission advice from the Migration Advisory Committee.
