11 Gambling Act 2005 (Amendment of Schedule 6) Order 2012 Baroness Rawlings moved that the draft Order be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.
12 Community Right to Challenge (Fire and Rescue Authorities and Rejection of Expressions of Interest) (England) Regulations 2012 Baroness Hanham moved that the draft Regulations be referred to a Grand Committee. The motion was agreed to.
13 G8 and NATO Summit Lord Strathclyde repeated a ministerial statement made in the House of Commons.
14 European Union (Approval of Treaty Amendment Decision) Bill [HL] Lord Howell of Guildford moved that the bill be now read a second time. After debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House.
