Public Bodies (Abolition of the Disability Living Allowance Advisory Board) Order 2013 Baroness Stowell of Beeston moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 15 October 2012 be approved. The motion was agreed to.
Legislative Reform (Hallmarking) Order 2013 Viscount Younger of Leckie moved that the draft Order laid before the House on 26 November 2012 be approved. The motion was agreed to.
Mental Health (Discrimination) (No. 2) Bill The order of commitment was discharged.
Growth and Infrastructure Bill The bill was further considered in Committee. An amendment was agreed to.
Banking reform Lord Newby repeated as a ministerial statement the answer given to an Urgent Question in the House of Commons.

Science and heritage (S&T Committee Report) Baroness Sharp of Guildford moved that the Grand Committee takes note of the Report of the Science and Technology Committee on Science and Heritage: a follow-up (5th Report, Session 2010–12, HL Paper 291). After debate, the motion was agreed to.
