Questions
Lords members press the government on annual unpaid tax, recruitment and retention in the armed forces, Fujitsu’s suitability to hold government contracts, the case for establishing a national tenant body and more.
Bills
Members continue further examination of the Renters’ Rights Bill and the House of Lords (Hereditary Peers) Bill at report stage. Plus, the Lords conducts detailed line by line scrutiny of the Border Security, Asylum and Immigration Bill and considers Commons changes to the Product Regulation and Metrology Bill.
Debates
On Wednesday, members will debate the national policy statements for energy, renewable energy, and electricity networks.

- As part of its investigation into financing and scaling UK science and technology, the Science and Technology Committee speaks to experts in innovation, and the CEO of the National Wealth Fund.
- The Justice and Home Affairs Committee talks to Yvette Cooper, Home Secretary, for its evidence session on the Home Office.
- The Financial Services Regulation Committee hears from experts in law and financial economics as part of its inquiry into the growth of private markets in the UK following reforms introduced after 2008.

- preventing the EU border system causing transport congestion
- Fujitsu’s suitability to hold government contracts
- abolishing the two-child limit for universal credit.
Legislation
Members of the Lords continue detailed examination of the House of Lords’ Hereditary Peers Bill.
Debate
Members will discuss initial proposed national policy statements on:
- energy
- renewable energy infrastructure
- electricity networks infrastructure.
Thursday

Questions
The Lords questions the government on:
- a national tenant body
- companies shifting primary stock exchange listings from London to New York
- tariffs on Falkland Islands’ fisheries exports
- Personal Independence Payments (PIP).
Legislation
The Lords continue examination of the Border Security, Asylum and Immigration Bill, and consider Commons changes of the Product Regulation and Metrology Bill.
