Bills
The Lords debates the key principles and main purpose of the Crown Estate Bill and the Holocaust Memorial Bill and begins line by line examination of the Bank Resolution (Recapitalisation) Bill.

Wednesday

Questions
Lords pressed the government on:
- social disorder in major cities
- funding for palliative and end of life care
- improving high-speed rail between London and Manchester
- Civil Service neutrality.
Legislation
Members debated the key principles of the Holocaust Memorial Bill. Members also debated a 'motion to regret' the legisation. Put forward by Baroness Deech, the motion raises concerns over consultation on the preferred site for a Holocaust memorial and learning centre, costs of the project and security issues.
Thursday

The Lords quizzed the government on:
- online safety legislation and regulating abuse
- support for Ukraine
- use of the national Emergency Alert service
- arms sales to Israel.
Debates
Modern methods of construction in the housing sector and independent schools were both on the agenda in Lords debates.

In Grand Committee, work away from the main chamber, members debated the key principles and main purpose of the Bank Resolution (Recapitalisation) Bill.
Friday
