Highlights of what’s coming up this week:


Look out for questions on water companies’ borrowing since privatisation, benefits of a four-day working week, support for low-income families with rising energy costs and improving access to treatments for NHS patients.


Members are expected to begin committee stage of the Energy Bill and the Social Housing (Regulation) Bill and will discuss the main principles of several private members' bills at second reading on Friday.


On Thursday, members of the House of Lords will debate improving patient outcomes and the impact of climate change on food security.
