On Monday 10 October members of the House of Lords debated the economy and the Growth Plan 2022.


Baroness Neville-Rolfe (Conservative), Minister of State at the Cabinet Office, put forward the debate.

This was a general debate. During debates, members put their experience to good use to discuss current issues and draw the government's attention to concerns.

The Bishop of Birmingham made his valedictory speech.

Lord Callanan (Conservative), Parliamentary Under-Secreatary at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, responded on behalf of the government.
