Lords debates COP27

On 24 November, members of the House of Lords debated the commitments made at COP27.
Lord Harries of Pentregarth (Crossbench), put forward the debate.

Lord Callanan (Conservative), Parliamentary Under-Secretary, Department for Business, Energy, and Industrial Strategy, responded on behalf of the government.
