On Thursday 21 July, members of the House of Lords debated the Russian blockade of Ukrainian ports and food insecurity in developing countries, including the danger of famine in the Horn of Africa and East Africa.


Lord Alton of Liverpool (Crossbench), Member of the International Relations and Defence Committee, put forward the debate.
