Lords debates Ukraine and food security

On Thursday 21 July, members of the House of Lords debated the Russian blockade of Ukrainian ports and food insecurity in developing countries, including the danger of famine in the Horn of Africa and East Africa.
This was a general debate. During debates, members put their experience to good use to discuss current issues and draw the government's attention to concerns.
