- decarbonising the electricity system
- women in Iran fighting for human rights
- Police and Crime Commissioners.
Legislation
Members of the House of Lords will continue line by line scrutiny of the National Security Bill at committee stage.

Members will debate the cross-government cost-cutting exercise.

Members pressed the government on the Chinese Consul General attack on protestors in Manchester.
Statement
The UK's migration and economic development partnership with Rwanda was up for discussion following a statement from the government.
Later, members raised concerns about the infected blood inquiry.
