Lords debates COVID-19 restrictions

The House of Lords debates coronavirus regulations for hospitality, social gatherings and northern England on Tuesday 20 October.
Members consider two statutory instruments implementing:
- restrictions for businesses selling food and drink, including the 10pm curfew
- limits to 'rule of six' exemptions
- north east, Merseyside and Lancashire indoor gathering bans.
