House of Commons rises for summer recess 2019

The House of Commons adjourned on Thursday 25 July 2019 for summer recess. The Commons Chamber will next sit on Tuesday 3 September 2019 at 2.30pm.

Debates scheduled for the week the House returns include:

  • Census (Return Particulars and Removal of Penalties) Bill
  • Animal Welfare (Sentencing) Bill
  • Debate on a Motion on The Future UK Shared Prosperity Fund
