Legislation: Government Bills

Ivory Bill

The second reading of the Ivory Bill took place in the Commons on Monday 4 June. The bill passed its second reading without a division and has been sent to Public Bill Committee for detailed examination and evidence gathering.

Non-Domestic Rating (Nursery Grounds) Bill

MPs debated the second reading of the Ivory Bill in the Commons on Tuesday 5 June. The bill passed second reading without a division and will be committed to a committee of the whole House.
