Statement: The Sewel Convention, EU Withdrawal Bill and Scotland

David Mundell, Secretary of State for Scotland, is to give a statement today on the Sewel Convention, EU Withdrawal Bill and Scotland.

The statement is expected to start at 1pm after today's urgent questions and Business Question.
