Minister of State for Further Education, Skills and Lifelong Learning, John Hayes, moved a debate in the House of Commons on Monday 19 December on the role of apprenticeships

Shadow Minister for Business, Innovation and Skills, Gordon Marsden, responded in the debate on behalf of the Opposition.
