Lord Kinnoull, Chair of the House of Lords EU Committee has today written to the Prime Minister raising concerns over the appointment of the David Frost, the UK's Chief Negotiator with the EU, as National Security Adviser. The letter notes that negotiations on the UK's future relationship with the EU are set to continue into September and will demand the full attention of the UK's Chief Negotiator

The Committee seeks an undertaking from the Prime Minister that the negotiations will remain David Frost's only priority until they are completed, despite the demands of his new role.
