The Speaker's Commission on Digital Democracy held a national online forum with student representatives from eight Universities to discuss the challenges of digital democracy.
The discussions of the online forum were led by the students themselves, who produced the below reports identifying key challenges and possible solutions for each of the Commission’s five themes.

The students' findings will be presented at a workshop hosted by the Digital Democracy Commissioner Cristina Leston-Bandeira, who coordinated the forums, at Hull University on Friday 16 May 2014. Please see the Hull University website for further information.
The eight universities who took part were: Cardiff University, Demontfort University, University of Hull, University of Leeds, University of Nottingham, University of Strathclyde, University of Surrey and the University of Ulster.
