Scrutiny of the draft Queen's Speech

Witness for public evidence session on Wednesday 28 November at 9.35am

The House of Commons Modernisation Committee will hold its second evidence session in connection with its inquiry into Scrutiny of the draft Queen's Speech on Wednesday 28 November at 9.35am, in the Thatcher Room, Portcullis House.

Witnesses will be questioned on the consultation process surrounding the proposed legislative programme, including how it is published, and the role of Ministers in promoting public engagement.

An uncorrected version of the transcript will appear on the Committee's website within about a week of the date of the session. An uncorrected transcript of the evidence session on 14 November is available on the website.
