ANNOUNCEMENT OF COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP AND STAFF CHANGES
Following the reorganisation of Whitehall announced by the Prime Minister in June 2009 the House of Commons made changes to the select committees that scrutinise government departments. These changes come into operation on 1 October.
The House of Commons has re-established a Science and Technology Committee focused on science. The new Science and Technology Committee has the same membership and Chairman as the former Innovation, Universities, Science and Skills Committee, which was wound-up on 1 October.
The Clerk of the Science and Technology Committee will be Glenn McKee who replaces Sarah Davies, the Clerk of the Innovation, Universities, Science and Skills Committee. His contact details will be:

Sarah Davies moves to the Public Bill Office at the House of Commons. Richard Ward joins the Science and Technology Committee as its new Second Clerk.
