RESCHEDULED DATE FOR EVIDENCE SESSION:
In a press notice issued on 10 February 2004, the International Development Committee announced plans to hold an evidence session on the subject of AIDS orphans, to take place on Tuesday 6 April. However, due to the recent announcement of revised dates for the Easter Recess, the Committee has to reschedule this session. Revised details are as follows:

The Committee invites organisations and individuals with relevant experience and expertise to submit memoranda, ideally before
Wednesday 31 March 2004.
This is intended as a “stand alone” evidence session, the Committee will not be producing a report but will publish the transcript of the session along with some of the written submissions.
Written submissions should reach the Clerk of the Committee by
Wednesday 31 March. Any memorandum of more than six pages should include a summary at the front. Once submitted, evidence is the property of the Committee and may be published. If possible, please supply an electronic version in MS Word or Rich Text Format by email to
firstname.lastname@example.org When submitted by e-mail or e-mail attachment, a letter should also be sent validating the e-mail.
