"Following recent announcements from the Government that during this difficult economic period there will be British jobs for British workers, we are interested to investigate the continuing needs of UK businesses for international labour, and how migrants will be recruited under the points-based system.

This session will focus on the ability of the legal and financial sectors to recruit specialist skills and trainees, and conduct international transfers under the points-based system. It will also consider sources of immigration advice available to businesses, and the regulation of such advice services."
